They are made from durum wheat and squid ink, which gives them this beautiful black color.

The cuttlefish is a marine mollusc, very present in the seas of Normandy.

It secretes a black liquid rich in melanin, which it ejects to protect itself when it feels in danger.

It is squid or sepia ink.

It is very popular in gastronomy for its virtues of natural coloring and for its mild taste that will sublimate your dishes and delight your taste buds.
