The cocoa beans come from the cooperative, Les planteurs de Jacmel, established in the southeast of Haiti.

This cooperative also trains, through its school, small Haitian cocoa producers.

The fruit coating is made from fresh and preferably organic fruit.

Our chocolate bar contains no flavoring, coloring or preservative.
