Camargue rice is now protected by an IGP. This label guarantees quality natural rice, produced using ancestral know-how.

Rice cultivation has its source in the Rhône delta, a region with waterlogged soils, perfectly suited to rice fields. The Camargue rice that we have selected is organic and promotes the maintenance of responsible agriculture.

The grains of rice therefore grow in a natural environment surrounded by flamingos.
