Founder of Vinaigres Le Petit Bio, Laurent Daunay enhances the french organic fruits but also certain organic exotic fruits in exceptional vinegars.

Using organic fruits harvested at their peak, sometimes downgraded, always authentic, he creates, through a natural double fermentation, organic vinegars without filtration or sulfites, rich in aromas and history.

His credo: to revalue nature with elegance and sincerity, to offer unique creations that combine terroir, sustainability, and gastronomic pleasure.

Artisanal Expertise

At Vinaigres Le Petit Bio, nothing is left to chance:

- The fruit is harvested at its peak, following the seasons.

- The juice first becomes wine, then vinegar through a natural process.

- No filtration, pasteurization, or addition of sulfites: the vinegars retain their vitality and authenticity.

Gourmet Creations

The house offers a refined range of vinegars:

- AOP Roussillon apricot, Céret cherry, fig, raspberry, mango, pineapple, banana...
