Harvested and crafted in Brontë by a family-run company preserving an ancestral savoir-faire, these pistachios embody the passion, patience and culinary heritage of Sicily.
The harvest takes place only once every two years, allowing the trees to regenerate and concentrate within each nut all the nobility of the terroir and the strength of the volcano.
Naturally rich in vitamins E and B, magnesium, calcium, iron, antioxidants and proteins, Brontë pistachios are a precious source of vitality — ideal for a vegetarian diet as well.
