✦ Right of Cancellation – 14 Days
Right of Withdrawal Clause
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay penalties.
This right applies only to non-perishable, dry, and unopened products (for example: teas, coffees, chocolates, dry biscuits, dried fruits, condiments, etc.). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale.
⚠️ Exceptions:
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or damaged for hygiene and food safety reasons;
Fresh, perishable products or those likely to deteriorate rapidly.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, HECOSFAIR will reimburse the Customer for all amounts paid (excluding return costs), within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
To do so, simply contact us by email at contact@hecosfair.com or via our online contact form.
Once your request has been validated, a refund of the product price and shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

✦ Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects
If, despite our strictest efforts, a product arrives damaged, non-compliant, or affected by a hidden defect, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the Customer may request a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
In this case, we undertake to proceed, at your choice:
• exchange the product,
• or provide a full refund.
For any return, the Customer must contact our customer service before sending the package in order to obtain the detailed return procedure.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except in the case of defective products or preparation errors).
• Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
