  IGP Darjeeling black tea, organic and fair trade, nicknamed the champagne of teas, comes from the Darjeeling tea plantations, at the foot of the Himalayas, in India.

The Darjeeling tea gardens benefit from the prestigious IGP label, protected geographical indication, a French label which guarantees internationally, the geographical area of their production as well as the know-how of local producers.

All others are labeled and carefully selected.

How to prepare it:

Let 12 to 15g of tea infuse in 1L of boiling water (90°C) for 5 minutes.
