    The bar is made by a French master chocolatier, in his workshop established in Meurthe-et-Moselle in France.

    The cocoa beans come from the cooperative, Les planteurs de Jacmel, established in the south-east of Haiti.

    This cooperative also trains, thanks to its school, small Haitian cocoa producers.

    The fruit cover is worked from fresh fruit and preferably organic.
