Rare Organic & Fairtrade Ground Green Coffee Cuzco From Peru
Our rare organic and fairtrade ground green coffee is the ripe seed of the coffee tree that has not undergone the roasting stage.
It is a 100% pure organic Arabica Typica bourbon coffee.
It is cultivated between 1600m and 2000m altitude by small producers in Cuzco or Cusco, a region close to Machu Picchu, in Peru.
It comes from organic and fairtrade farming certified by Max Havelaar.
It is harvested between April and September and dried in the sun.
It is washed, then undergoes rapid wet fermentation.
Having not undergone roasting, green coffee contains 2 to 3 times more phenolic compounds than roasted coffee and has numerous virtues, such as aiding slimming, reducing the feeling of fatigue, increasing endurance and facilitating concentration.
You will be seduced by its delicate aroma, in infusion, hot or cold, with a little lemon or cinnamon.
You can innovate by adding it to your recipes for smoothies, lattes, desserts, pastries and even certain dishes.
