Preparation:

- 15-20 g for 1L of water

- Infusion time: 7-10 minutes

- Ideal temperature for infusing: 100 ° C

It is drunk with sugar and milk in its country of origin (South Africa), but it is also excellent plain!

Try sweetening it with honey, with Muscovado, or with baobab powder, it's delicious!

It can also be enjoyed plain thanks to its sweet nutty flavor.
