Also called red tea, it is the traditional drink of South Africa.
Containing very few tannins and having no theine or caffeine, many can consume it, from the youngest to the oldest, and at any time.
Rooibos is known to relieve digestive disorders and promotes sleep.
It is drunk with sugar and milk in its country of origin (South Africa).
Try sweetening it with honey, Muscovado, or baobab powder, it's delicious.

Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.
How to prepare it:
Let 15 to 20g of rooibos infuse for 7 to 10 minutes in 1l of water at 100°C.
This product does not contain any allergens, however it may contain traces (eggs, soy, sulphur, nuts, etc.).
