    Organic & fair trade brown...

    Regular price €2.25 -10% From Price €2.03

Our organic cane sugar from Peru will enhance your desserts with its notes of honey and caramel.

It is packed with sucrose, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, calcium, amino acids, fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C.

Harvesting organic cane is exclusively manual, traditionally done with a machete, which protects the plants often uprooted by mechanical harvesting, protects the soil from fire and preserves the quality of the sugar.

The stems are then quickly transported to the sugar factory and processed by respiration and fermentation.

To be consumed in moderation: the consumption of sugar per day and per person should not be around more than 50g.

Our brown cane sugar is sold in a recyclable kraft bag, with a zipper.
