Preparation :

Drink 3 times a day a cup of herbal tea prepared as follows:

pour approximately 150 ml of boiling water over a level teaspoonful (approximately 1.8 g) of eucalyptus leaves in a sachet.

Filter after 10 to 15 min.

How to prepare it:

Let 15 to 20g of rooibos infuse for 7 to 10 minutes in 1l of water at 100°C.
