Pure Organic Fir Vanilla Honey PDO from Arcadia in Greece

Let yourself be seduced by the surprisingly vanilla flavor of our very rare and pure organic Fir Vanilla Honey PDO from Arcadia.

They benefit from the prestigious PDO label, protected designation of origin, a European label which guarantees their origin.

This extremely rare honey, with multiple virtues, comes from Greek hives of passionate beekeepers.

The latter harvest it every 2 or 3 years, in the black fir forests of Mont Mainalo, at an altitude of nearly 2000m.

The bees do not gather pollen from the flowers but from the honeydew produced by micro-organisms in the trunk of the black vanilla fir.

Due to its low sugar content, it rarely crystallizes.

It is unfiltered, unpasteurized.

It is eaten like a candy, or it will sublimate your drinks, your desserts, your dishes and even your beauty routines (skin, hair...).

It is a product from organic farming.

Once the jar has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

Advice :

Heat the jar in a water bath in case of crystallization.

Crystallization is a change in the natural state of honey that has not been pasteurized. It retains all its qualities.
