Organic rice flour PGI from Camargue gluten free - Direct producer

The world's first gluten-free starred chef, Nadia Sammut, has created an exceptional organic PGI rice flour from Camargue.
It is made in a stone mill at Auberge la Fenière in Provence, one star in the famous Michelin guide.
The French Michelin-starred chef Nadia Sammut's philosophy is to “free your constraints to free your creativity”.
In its products, it has not substituted any ingredients from traditional recipes, but has opened an infinite experimental field to create new taste experiences without gluten, lactose or egg.
The organic semi-complete PGI Camargue rice used is supplied via a short circuit directly from local producers.
It is a rice that is produced, picked and processed in the Camargue, in the south of France, by local producers using ancestral know-how.
It has not undergone any preventive conservation treatment and comes from non-GMO seeds.
It benefits from the prestigious IGP label, protected geographical indication, a French label which guarantees internationally, the geographical area of their production as well as the know-how used in their development.
It is a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01.
Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.
This product does not contain any allergens, however it may contain traces (eggs, soy, sulphur, nuts, etc.).
