The world's first gluten-free starred chef, Nadia Sammut, has created exceptional organic, gluten-free and vegan breadsticks with chickpea from Vaucluse and rosemary from Provence.

The flour is produced in a stone mill at Auberge la Fenière in Provence, one star in the famous Michelin guide.

The products used are supplied via short circuit directly from local producers.

The French Michelin-starred chef Nadia Sammut's philosophy is to “free your constraints to free your creativity”.
