They are made from Kronos wheat (the latter has the reputation of being the best wheat in the world) and pregiato white truffles.
The white truffle is a mushroom of excellence, very fragrant and highly prized by fine gourmets and in gastronomy in general.
Our delicious natural and artisanal white truffle tagliatelle are free of preservatives and artificial colors.
This gourmet artisanal pasta also benefits from slow, low-temperature drying, and is bronze-drawn by passionate craftsmen in Molise, Italy.
They are eaten with a truffle sauce, a thick cream sauce and cheese, or a drizzle of olive oil.

Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.
How to taste them:
Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes in boiling water.
Rule of three “1s”:
1 liter of water, 10 grams of salt, 100 grams of pasta. Remember to put a ladle of cooking water aside for the final touch.
