They are made in an artisanal way with crystallized cane sugar.

The latter is full of sucrose, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, calcium, amino acids, fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C.

The cane is harvested exclusively with a machete, which protects the plants that are often uprooted by mechanical harvesting, and preserves the quality of the sugar.

The stalks are then quickly transported to the sugar refinery and transformed by respiration and fermentation.

Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

Consume in moderation:

Sugar consumption per day and per person should not exceed 50g.

Cane sugar

Unlike conventional cultivation where the harvest of sugar cane is carried out mechanically after burning the fields, the harvest of organic cane is exclusively manual, traditionally done with a machete.

Thus this ancestral method protects the plants, often uprooted by mechanical harvesting, protects the soil from fire and preserves the quality of the sugar.

The stems are then quickly transported to the sugar factory to avoid loss of sugar and processed by respiration and fermentation.

Brown cane sugar is a very unrefined sugar and is rich in many nutrients essential for the proper functioning of the body.

It is full of sucrose, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, calcium, amino acids, fibers that aid digestion, vitamins like vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and C.

To be consumed in moderation: the consumption of sugar per day and per person should not be around more than 50 grams and should be adapted to the activity and needs of each individual.
