The world's first gluten-free starred chef, Nadia Sammut, has created exceptional organic, gluten-free and vegan biscuits with Gascony buckwheat, fennel and lemon.
The flour is produced in a stone mill at Auberge la Fenière in Provence, one star in the famous Michelin guide.
The products used are supplied via short circuit directly from local producers.
The French Michelin-starred chef Nadia Sammut's philosophy is to “free your constraints to free your creativity”.
In its products, it has not substituted any ingredients from traditional recipes, but has opened an infinite experimental field to create new taste experiences without gluten, lactose or egg.
It is a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01.
