The world's first gluten-free starred chef, Nadia Sammut, has created an exceptional organic flour from chickpeas from Vaucluse, PGI rice from Camargue & buckwheat from Gascony.

It is made in a stone mill at Auberge la Fenière in Provence, one star in the famous Michelin guide.

The French Michelin-starred chef Nadia Sammut's philosophy is to “free your constraints to free your creativity”.

In its products, it has not substituted any ingredients from traditional recipes, but has opened an infinite experimental field to create new taste experiences without gluten, lactose or egg.

The Vaucluse chickpeas, buckwheat and rice used are supplied via a short circuit.

They have not undergone any preventive conservation treatment and come from non-GMO seeds.

The rice benefits from the prestigious IGP label, protected geographical indication, a French label which guarantees internationally, the geographical area of their production as well as the know-how used in their development.

It is a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01.

Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

They are dried in the sun, without preservatives, colorings or additives.

This tree native to the Himalayas, also called Tree of Life or Miracle Tree, is considered one of the most nutritious plants.

It is endowed with an exceptional richness in vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Its 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants make it a unique nutritional supplement.

They are grown in Jacmel, in the south-east of Haiti according to the standards of organic farming and await their certifications.

So, although they meet the current fair trade requirements, they cannot receive the logo and the farmers do not receive any premium.

For the consumption of seeds of the tree of life, it should be shelled before ingesting it.

It can also be enjoyed by crushing the seeds to consume them in smoothies, side, yogurt, fruit salad and in infusion.

Ideally, consume 2 to 3 seeds per day after the meal.

They are sold in a recyclable kraft zipped bag.
