Our delicious organic and artisanal tagliatelle with squid ink are an essential specialty of French gastronomy.

They are made using a unique process and slow drying at low temperatures. They are laminated in the old fashioned way.

They are made from durum wheat and squid ink, which gives them this beautiful black color.

The cuttlefish is a marine mollusc, very present in the seas of Normandy.

It secretes a black liquid rich in melanin, which it ejects to protect itself when it feels in danger.

It is squid or sepia ink.

It is very popular in gastronomy for its virtues of natural coloring and for its mild taste that will sublimate your dishes and delight your taste buds.

They can be eaten plain or accompanied by seafood and cream.

It is a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01.

 Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

How to taste them:

Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes in boiling water.

Rule of three “1s”:

1 liter of water, 10 grams of salt, 100 grams of pasta. Remember to put a ladle of cooking water aside for the final touch.
