Our delicious Barolo PDO red wine tagliatelle, artisanal and natural, are an essential dish of Italian gastronomy.

They are made with Kronos wheat semolina (reputed to be the best wheat in the world), beets, fresh eggs and DOCG red wine from Barolo.

The latter is a mythical wine from Piedmont.

It is rich, powerful and reminiscent of Bordeaux wine in France.

In Italy, it benefits from the DOCG label which is an Italian appellation (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin), equivalent to the French AOC (Protected Designation of Origin) which guarantees the terroir at the national level.

It also benefits from the prestigious AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) label, a European label that guarantees its provenance.

This gourmet pasta benefits from slow drying at low temperature, and is bronze drawn by passionate craftsmen.

They are free of artificial flavors and colors.

They are eaten with a drizzle of olive oil, parmesan cheese, a truffle sauce (white or black), red wine.

 Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

How to taste them:

Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes in boiling water.

Rule of three “1s”:

1L of water, 10g of salt, 100g of pasta.

 Do not consume this product if you are allergic to gluten and eggs (possible traces of soy, seafood, etc.).
