It also benefits from the prestigious AOC label, appellation d'origine contrôlée, a French label which guarantees its terroir at the national level.

The know-how of our artisan jam maker earned him the Gold Medal at the Gard Gourmand competition in 2020, for his recipes rich in flavors, delicately sweetened with cane sugar.

He opted for cooking in a cauldron, a traditional method used by our grandmothers, because the width of the cauldron allows good heat distribution, even cooking and avoids overcooking.

The taste is therefore enhanced!

Their know-how, over 30 years old, has enabled them to develop recipes rich in flavor, delicately sweetened with cane sugar.

They opted for cooking in a cauldron, a traditional method used by our grandmothers because the width of the cauldron allows good heat distribution, even cooking and avoids overcooking.
