600 g mixed root vegetables (parsnip, potato, or celeriac)
1 onion
1 tsp HECOSFAIR Smoked Organic Garlic Granules – German Craftsmanship
750 ml vegetable broth
100 ml fresh cream (or a plant-based alternative)
1 drizzle of hazelnut oil
Fleur de sel & white pepper

Preparation
1️⃣ Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent.
2️⃣ Add the diced root vegetables and cover with broth. Simmer gently for 25 minutes.

Ingredients (makes 4 flatbreads)
250 g T65 flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry active yeast
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
150 ml warm water
1 tsp HECOSFAIR Smoked Organic Garlic Granules – German Craftsmanship
1 tsp Herbes de Provence

Preparation
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
2️⃣ Add the warm water, olive oil, Herbes de Provence, and HECOSFAIR Smoked Garlic. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3️⃣ Cover with a clean cloth and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
4️⃣ Divide the dough into 4 balls, flatten them, and cook in a hot dry pan (or on a baking stone) for about 2 minutes on each side.
