Haitian coffee is ranked among one of the best coffees in the world.
Our green coffee is the ripe seed of the coffee tree, which has not undergone the roasting stage.
It is grown and processed in Haiti by local producers, according to the rules compliant with organic farming and awaiting their certifications.
It is washed then undergoes rapid wet fermentation.
You will be seduced by its delicate aroma, in infusion, hot or cold, with a little lemon or cinnamon.
Having not undergone roasting, green coffee contains 2 to 3 times more phenolic compounds than roasted coffee and has numerous virtues, such as aiding slimming, reducing the feeling of fatigue, increasing endurance and facilitating concentration.
It can be roasted. It then releases notes of pineapple, orange and banana.
