Our delicious AOC AOP d'Ardèche chestnut tagliatelle, organic and artisanal, will seduce you with their refined taste.

They benefit from slow drying at low temperatures and are laminated in the traditional way.

They are without artificial flavors or colors.

They are made from premium durum wheat and chestnut flour.

The latter benefit from the prestigious European AOP label, protected designation of origin, which guarantees its provenance.

They also benefit from the prestigious French AOC label, controlled designation of origin, which guarantees its terroir nationally.

They are eaten with a drizzle of olive oil or sauce or cream and a little cheese.

They are a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01.

They are sold in a recyclable kraft bag.

 Once the package has been opened, we advise you to keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity, so that it retains all its nutritional and taste qualities.

How to taste them:

Cook for about 4 to 6 minutes in boiling water.

Rule of three “1s”:

1 liter of water, 10 grams of salt, 100 grams of pasta. Remember to put a ladle of cooking water aside for the final touch.

 Do not consume this product in case of allergy to gluten as well as to shelled fruits and oilseeds or nuts (possible traces of eggs, soy, etc.).
