HECOSFAIR was born from a deep conviction: to offer a delicatessen where gastronomy, naturalness, and elegance meet.
Each product carries a story, a terroir, and the desire to share "good taste for everyone, natural elegance."
At 19, I enrolled at the Sorbonne to study Classical and Modern Literature. Paris immediately captivated me: its light, its rhythm, its flavors. It was in this city that I discovered French gastronomy and opened my eyes to the cuisines of the world.
Curious and passionate, I continue to pursue training in gastronomy, oenology, and tableware to refine my perspective and enrich HECOSFAIR with new inspiration.
After ten years in renewable energy, I chose to continue my mother's work as a caterer and pastry chef in Jacmel, Haiti. Her gestures, her aromas, and her high standards taught me a valuable lesson: to cook is to love, to share, and to nurture.
It is in homage to this legacy that I founded HECOSFAIR in 2016, then the SASU in 2019 in Paris.
HECOSFAIR is the expression of my combined passions: a love of gastronomy, respect for nature and kindness towards animals.
